First Edition, SiGNED by the author on the half-title page with a personalized inscription to "Helen." by an English woman aboutNo publication date, but research places it c. 1960. Apparent First Edition. Inscription to "Helen." Hardcover 8vo has medium green linen covered boards lettered in bright gilt to spine. Modest rubbing to extremities, heavier at both ends of spine & corners. Condition is VG: very clean, binding strong & straight, pages mild tanned but unmarked. The unclipped DJ is also VG, with mild tanning around edges, light soiling, slight chipping along edges. Nicely protected in new clear mylar cover.
