Orig. published in 1925 by Doubleday, Page, this is a 1955 printing with a new Foreword by Walter Damrosch & a charming pen-and-ink frontispiece & like illustrations throughout the 171 pages by Carroll C. Snell. Small hardcover 12mo has blu-black cloth-covered boards with yellow lettering & decoration to front & spine. Condition is Good+: generally very clean, pages modestly & uniformly tanned, but unmarked save for 2 old Ex-Lib stamps & remains of a card pocket inside front cover/title page.
