Condition is Near Fine: extremely clean with dust dulling to exterior page edges, interior pages white & completely unmarked save for heavy offsetting to pages 78-79 from old newspaper clipping about the author laid in. Binding straight & strong, corners crisp, light rubbing. The unclipped DJ is Good: heavily tanned to back & flaps, light-to-medium chipping, rubbing, & a few short, unclosed tears to extremities; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover free (removed for photos accuracy).
