The Second Printing of the FIRSTAMERICAN EDTION, this hardcover book has black paper-covered boards with an embossed gilt gun image wrapping around both covers & spine, similar to the scarce design of the actual first print run of the (true) First British Edition. Red & white lettering to spine. Condition is Near Fine: extremely crisp and clean, binding strong & straight. Pages off-white with mild tanning to edges. The unclipped DJ (with orig. $4.50 price at top front flap), with 6 "bullet" holes adjacent to the title, is VG: bright & colorful, but white areas show some light soil, worst of which is to lower front cover-spine interface. There is also a 3" closed tear to bottom of back cover. Otherwise, very minor edgewear. Looks nice protected in new mylar cover Free!
