Long out of print, this was the second in a series of solve-them-yourself mysteries that reproduced a "1930s crime dossier that made publishing history," again planned by J. G. Links. It allows you to actually handle the clues--letters, photos, telegrams, police reports--& evaluate the evidence in attempting to solve a murder in an English cottage. Solution in rear in envelope (seal has been opened, but all there). Oversized softcover in loose-leaf format with stiff paper wrappers, held together securely with red ribbon, with wrap-around DJ. Both are in VG condition: completely clean & unmarked. All clues are present, but one newspaper facsimile has come completely loose & has edgewear. Only flaw is minor edgewear, slight corner creasing & rubbing to both book & DJ. Our photos depict the Exact book you will receive from us, never "stock" image of books we don't actually have!
