Tenth and final book in the last of the four early-20th-century series featuring adventuresome young Grace Harlowe & her friends as they went from high school to college, overseas to Europe, &, in this final series, back to the US for some adventures on horseback around the country. Orig. published in 1924, this is one of the reprint editions from Saalfield, in 212 pages with frontispiece & 3 internal illustrations, AND its original DJ! With light tan cloth-covered boards embossed with a black design & lettering, this book is in barely Good condition: generally very clean, text block secure, but both hinges are cracked. Pages are heavily tanned, commensurate with age & paper quality, but unmarked. The unclipped DJ is also Good- (minus): vividly colored, with slight fading, but many creases, short tears, & small chips. Looks lovely protected in Free mylar cover!
