Orig. published in Switzerland in 1983, this is the FIRST AMERICAN EDITION, First Printing, from 1985. Huge hardcover folio has luscious green cloth-covered boards with silver embossed design & lettering to front & spine. Handsomely housed in a decorative, sturdy slipcase, with decorative paper wrappers over the same green cloth. Condition of both is Near Fine: appear Brand New & never opened, except for some rubbing to lower spine, all the way down to underlying boards. The slipcase has a few rubbed spots on bottom as well; otherwise, sturdy & secure, no edgewear, colors bright, no fading. The book is completely clean, binding straight & strong, pages white & unmarked, colors bright.
