She became known as the "White Woman of the Genesee." Orig. published in 1824, this is a new edition from 1950 (First, thus). Blue decorative wrappers, in 182 pages, illustrated throughout with photos & facsimiles of the original drawings. Condition is VG-: very clean & unmarked, glued binding strong & straight, but first page is coming loose. Light creasing to spine, minor rubbing to extremities, light soil, & 2 tiny tears to heel of spine.
