Condition is Fair-Good: the exterior boards are quite soiled with random spots, & both boards are loosened, as both hinges are split, exposing underlying webbing. Cloth is split across center spine & heavily worn/frayed/chipped at both ends. Text block is strong & secure. Interior is very clean, & the illustrations are virtually flawless aside from modest tanning to edges.
