First published in 1902 by McClure, this is the Grosset & Dunlap reprint edition (no date). Hardcover 8vo has gray cloth over boards with a stamped yellow/black/red design of a forest to front, red lettering to spine. Condition is solidly Good: generally very clean & tight with the occasional smudge. Hinges secure, but cracking between half-title page & frontis. Pages moderately tanned, heavier to edges, commensurate with age. Rubbing to extremities, heavy at all corner & spine tips, with cloth loss & fraying. No DJ, as issued.
