A FIRST EDITION, first printing, from 1977, this quarto (8.75" x 11.25") has deep red cloth-covered boards lettered in gilt to spine. Condition is VG: very clean & bright, binding solid with slight rightward lean. Slight mustiness & faint dampstain to lower outside page edges (does not affect interior). Pages white with moderate tanning around edges. Modest rubbing to lower extremities, heaviest to spine tips & corners. The unclipped DJ is Fair: intact & brightly colored, but marred by two long tears coming down from top outer corners & less significant chipping/tearing/edgewear all around.
