Condition is VG+: clean & bright, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white. Former owner's name & date in pencil to ffep. Light speckling to both boards. The unclipped DJ is VG-, with a few holes along the spine & small chip out of top edge of back cover, rubbing to extremities; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover free!
