A FIRST EDITION, first printing from 1957, this hardcover 8vo has green cloth-over boards which show spotting & rubbing to upper & lower extremities, corners crisp, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white with modest tanning to edges & some offsetting in front matter from old newspaper clippings. Else unmarked save for former owner's name & date in very small, neat pen to ffep. The unclipped DJ is also VG, with some mild chipping to both ends of spine & a heavy diagonal crease to lower outer corner of front cover.
