Condition is Near Fine: completely clean save for some very faint smudges to both boards. Binding straight & secure, boards have a hint of warping. Pages white & completely unmarked. The unclipped DJ downgraded to also Near Fine, with mild toning to fore edge side of front cover & a tad of edgewear to top, including a tiny (.25) tear at head of spine; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover free!
