Condition is Near Fine: completely clean, binding tight & square, pages off-white with just a tad or tanning to edges, completely unmarked save for former owner's name & address to ffep. Very mild rubbing to extremities & corner bumping. The price-clipped DJ is VG+, with very mild rubbing & light soil; nicely protected in clear mylar cover by original owner.
