Hardcover small octavo has gray cloth-covered boards covered in darker gray paper, blind-stamped with an image of a jockey on horse on front cover, blue title box & lettering to spine. Black topstain. Condition is Near Fine: completely clean, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white with a hint of tanning, but completely unmarked. Page 273-274 has a vertical tear ascending from bottom about halfway up the page. The unclipped DJ.(with orig. $4.50 price intact to front flap) is Fair, downgraded due to a 3" vertical unclosed tear descending from spine-side edge of front cover, along with small chips & rubbing to extremities, light soil.
