A FIRST EDITION, unidentified printing, from 1929, in 266 pages with glossy frontispiece, 3 glossy internals, & cover art by Thelma Gooch. Hardcover 12mo has gray cloth-covered boards stamped with a black image of Ted to center of front board & green lettering stamped to front & spine. Condition is Near Fine: exceptionally clean & bright, interior pages are creamy white with mild, age-appropriate tanning, completely unmarked save for old gift inscription dated 1929 to front free endpaper. Corners crisp, very mild pushing to both ends of spine. The unclipped DJ is VG+, with modest rubbing to extremities & small chips/mild creasing to ends of spine; colors bright; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover Free!
