Orig. published in 1955, this is a slightly later printing of that First Edition, listing to DG#23 & ND#38 in front matter & to DG#23 on front flap, JB#32 on rear flap, ND#38 on back DJ. With the blue tweed cover design, endpapers, this hardcover book has 25 chapters, 209 pages, "flashlight" endpapers, & plain frontispiece. Condition is Good: generally very clean, text block secure, but front hinge is cracked & first gathering of pages has loosened, but still attached. Pages slightly off-white but completely unmarked. Moderate rubbing to extremities & bumped corners. The unclipped DJ is Good, with significant rubbing & creasing, tiny chips, to all extremities & both ends of spine; nicely protected in new mylar cover FREE!
