Tara's Colouring Book

An activity-coloring book drawn from the rich tradition of Indian Buddhism as practiced in Tibet, the vajrayana, which focuses heavily on visualization as a way to inner transformation. Following a brief introduction to this tradition, the history & symbolic meanings of each of the 12 gods/goddesses that appear on the following pages are provided. Each page features a single god or goddess to color: every one is completely clean & bright & unmarked. Large quarto (10" x 13.50") has brightly colored stiff card stock wrappers, bound at the top; pages fold open upwards & lie flat for coloring. Orig. published in 1979, this is the Third Printing of that First Edition from 1990. Condition downgraded to Goo+ due to a heavy diagonal crease to the bottom outer left edge of the front cover; rubbing to extremities all around that same cover.
