Hand-set in 16pt Poliphilus with marginal glosses set in 12pt Blado Italic, printed on Grosvenor Chater & Co's abbey Mills Antique Wove paper. Hardcover quarto (4to) is bound in beige cloth over boards decorated with a darker tan feathery design, lettered in black to front & spine. Condition is Near Fine: virtually flawless! Mild tanning, with slight foxing to half-title page. Others creamy white & completely unmarked, binding strong & straight, hinges secure. The unclipped DJ is also Near Fine, with heavier foxing, light soil, & mild chipping to top outer corners & head of spine; beautifully protected in clear archival mylar cover.
