Reissued in the late 1990s, these originals are highly collectible. This is a true First Printing of the FIRST EDITION from 1957, listing to self front matter & on rear DJ, self-summary on front flap, CH#13 summary on rear flap. Hardcover 12mo (5" x 7.5") has brown tweed cloth-covered boards stamped with picture of basketball hoop to front in black & black lettering to spine with spine symbol. Condition is VG: very clean & bright, binding strong & straight, hinges intact, pages creamy white & completely unmarked save for slight random staining to outside page edges (see photo). Very mild rubbing to extremities. The unclipped DJ is bright & colorful, but downgraded to just Fair due to heavy rubbing to front cover parallel to spine & sticker pull to lower spine.
