Condition is Near Fine: exceptionally clean & bright, marred only by rubbing/white spots to upper & lower extremities & mild bumping to corners & spine tips. Else, interior is flawless, stitched binding strong & straight, hinges secure, pages white & completely unmarked. The unclipped DJ (with orig $6.95 price intact to front flap) is VG, with mild rubbing & very light creasing with tiny unclosed tears to top edge; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover Free (removed for photo accuracy)!
