Originally published in 1955, & winner of the 1957 Pulitzer Prize for Biography, this is the posthumous Memorial Edition from 1964, issued by Kennedy's brother Bobbie (Robert F. Kennedy, who added a special new Foreword) with proceeds used to fund an award in the slain president's honor & to benefit the library established in his name. In 287 pages, with Bibliography, Index, + 8 pages of black-and-white photographs.
