Bilingual, with English translation for each recipe on the page following the French original. Unpaginated (about 200 pages). Orig. published in total French in Paris in 1963, this is the First American Edition, first printing, from Random House, 1965. Large quarto (10.25" x 13.25" has off-white paper over boards decorated & lettered in bright colors to front & spine. Condition is Good, downgraded due to external handling soil, stains, heavy rubbing at corners (with slight paper loss), front joint starting to crack. But the binding is strong, hinges secure, & it is very clean internally, with pages bright & unmarked save for former owner's name in pen to ffep. No DJ.
