Condition is VG: very clean, pages creamy white with mild tanning, completely unmarked save for gift inscription in pen to second front free endpaper. One page has a creased corner, unfolded. Binding strong & straight, hinges secure. The unclipped DJ (with orig. 6.95 price intact to font flap) is just Good, with significant edgewear, light soil, many small chips & tiny unclosed tears; looks lovely protected in new clear mylar free for years of happy singing & memories!
