Orig. published in a signed, numbered edition, this is part of the limited edition of 2500 copies first published in 1977. With medium-blue cloth-covered boards lettered in gilt to spine, both book & DJ (which has been pasted by the front flaps inside both covers) are in Fine condition: as clean, bright, & unmarked as Brand New!
