Vintage 1970s sci-fi for young adult (YA) readers, part of the "Space Science Fiction" series from this publisher. In 72 pages, with Glossary in rear, illustrated throughout. A FIRST EDITION, First Printing, from 1970 (not a later reprint!), this large octavo (7.25" x 9.5") has brightly decorated cloth over boards with white lettering to front & spine. Condition is VG- (minus): very clean, binding strong & straight, pages off-white & unmarked, mild rubbing to extremities. Downgraded because ffep has been neatly excised, but NO stamps or markings to indicate that it was ex-lib. No DJ, as issued.
