Condition is VG, with modest fading/rubbing to upper edges & slight rubbing to spine. Heavy foxing to top outside page edges (photo 5), lesser spotting to fore edge. Else, it is completely clean, binding strong & straight, hinges intact, pages off-white with a hint of tanning to edge, but completely unmarked.
