Unpaginated. A FIRST EDITION, first printing from 1965, this 12mo (5.50" x 7.15") is in Good condition, with decorative paper over boards; no DJ, as issued (never came with one). Inside, it is very clean, binding secure & straight, pages white & unmarked with mild offsetting to endpapers. Exterior shows heavy rubbing to extremities & splitting to paper along spine, with some loss in places.
