Text in German and English. Essay by John Yau. Two photographs by Thomas Joshua Cooper. Short Story by Garner Tullis. Tullis (b.1939) is an American artist who moved to Italy after seeing the second plane hit the World Trade Center in 2001.
In 1972, he founded the International Institute of Experimental Printmaking, where he worked together with such notable artists as Richard Diebenkorn, Sam Francis, Helen Frankenthaler, Robert Mangold, Kenneth Noland, Dorothea Rockburne, Robert Ryman, Sean Scully, William G. Tucker, and others.
