The goal of this book is to change and save lives, by demystifying suicide, exposing some causes and providing tools to help end its attack. Feeling sad and lonely, with no hope in sight, is how most people feel, about the victims of this killer. Did you know that for some it was a quick thought, then action, with no pre-existing conditions of distress? It may have been an accessory. Have you heard about the accessories? Side effects of medications, street drugs, or nutritional deficiencies. Protein deficiencies can cause our neurotransmitters to malfunction, which can lead to sadness, depression, suicidal and homicidal thoughts and actions?

You will read in these pages, how these accessories can have an affect on people who are happy, young, the elderly, successful, and ambitious, who with or without mental health conditions, may have been the influenced to end their lives?

Why in the height of your life and career, with a happy family life, in the middle of taping your show, or opening up your new design company, or challenging human rights issues, or preparing to perform on stage, or graduating high school with college ahead, or preparing to take finals, that you know you will ace; why would you decide to end your life?Could these actions have been caused by an accessory? I was motivated to add my piece to the solution puzzle, when the reported suicide of Robin Williams was released. He made us laugh, cry, think and reflect on life's issues, with the characters that He chose to play; "for purpose."

First released in 2018, final edition in 2022, this book is unfortunately still timely as the rate of reported suicides is growing. I felt that something else needed to be done to bring awareness to the causes and to highlight ways to prevent sadness, depression, suicidal and homicidal actions.

This book is one piece of the solution puzzle. One more tool that can lead to lives being positively changed and saved. It will answer some questions, relieve hurt, clear confusion and hopefully remove any guilt feelings that some people may have. It will stimulate conversations about life, love, and challenges for all ages, even those who have attempted the act and survived.

The hush hush is over. Not in quiet, but in quickness, let's talk about being human, being hurt, not having enough money, finding your birth family, budgeting, being cheated on or cheating, being bullied or being a bully, carrying the burden of being the forgiver, when the other person should be doing the work to re-earn trust.
