311 pp. Signed limited edition. Original pictorial cloth with pictorial slipcase. Some wear to the edges of the slipcase, with splits to the head and tail joints. Some fading to the board and particularly the spine and minor marks. No bumping to the edges and binding firm. Small bookseller's sticker to the first blank endpaper and pencil note to the rear. Minor darkening to the front endpaper otherwise internally clean. Number 300 of a limited run of 320 and signed by both the author, Sassoon, and artist, Freedman. This volume was designed and illustrated by Barnett Freedman including colour pictorial endpapers and fifteen full-page colour and several in-text black and white illustrations.
