Leather bound locked journal

Unpaginated. Black full morocco with a working brass key-locked clasp. All edges and endpapers marbled. With a contemporary pink ribbon attached to the key. Leaves are ruled and blank. Edgewear and rubbing to boards alongside some chipping to the leather at the spine. Some damage to the endpapers from the nails fastening the lock to the binding. Occasional marks and foxing to the leaves. No date but likely a late Victorian to early Edwardian binding.
