First edition. 201 pp. Dark blue cloth with gilt lettering to the spine, in unclipped dustjacket. Jacket marked, with loss at head of spine and closed tear to front panel. Book a little rubbed and bumped, with one or two smudges to text, otherwise clean. Having first appeared in the New Yorker in the late 50s, this 1961 first edition volume combined the short story Franny and the novella Zooey together for the first time.
