Large folded vellum 20.75" x 28.50", document between Robert Chambers Golding of Sudbury, Suffolk and William Murfitt, Draper, of Haddenham, Isle of Ely, Cambridgeshire. Family history records show that: Robert Chambers Golding was born in 1829 in Coveney, Cambridgeshire, his father, William, was 27 and his mother, Mary, was 28. He married Alice Chambers in January 1865 in his hometown. They had two children during their marriage. He died on 28 August 1889 at the age of 60, and was buried in his hometown. Census returns show him as a Retired Farmer, living at 30 King Street,, Sudbury, Suffolk between 1875 - 1889 .
