Signed and inscribed "To Jan / Survive and Thrive" and dated "3/15/97" by Koontz on the half-title page. The March date places this copy one month after it's official publication date in February, 1997. A very nice collectible copy. A reporter investigates the fatal plane disaster where a survivor walks away, contrary to the official story that there were no crash survivors.
