Clean and tight throughout, with very light soiling to page edges and very modest edge and corner wear - nearly indetectible! Town Map from 1888 in pocket on inside of rear board. A wonderful copy overall, with many unique photos of East Weare Village prior to and after the devastating floods of 1938 that resulted in the 1960's US Army Corps of Engineers flood control project that wiped that village off the map.
