1st edition; 8vo hardback in dustwrapper; blocked page edges have a little foxing; green covers with silver lettering to spine; no handwriting such as names inside; title page looks a little rubbed; binding a little uneven - possibly a little repair work has taken place on this book (not by us) ; but a good sound reading copy in an unclipped d/w (13s6d) - the front inside flap seems to have been slightly trimmed (but only a tiny bit) , but the text is not affected, there is a little chipping to spine ends and there is the remnants of an oval white sticker on the spine; there is also some staining on the underside.
