hbk; small 12mo; xxxii; 128pp; hard leather covers, which had gilt to panel's edges, but much of this has worn off, and gold gilt decoration to softer leather of spine, and some of this (but less) has rubbed off too; cracking to edges of spine; edges of inside covers look a bit marked possibly damp marked in the past; a couple of paper stubs between the 1st 2 endpapers; I dont think paper has been cut off here - I think these are binding paper excesses from original binding; no names or similar inside- only handwriting is a price of 10/- in pencil which could easily be rubbed out if required; 10 engravings including frontis, 6 of which have no text on pages, and others are part page; views in Suffolk, Norfolk & Northants; title page has corner cut off - this looks to be where handwriting eg last owners name - has been cut off; by cutting this off, the person has also removed most of the printed word 'The' in the title; contents clean & sound; pages generally quite white for age; an East Anglian Agricultural Poet born in rural Suffolk - 4 seasons of the year; ; 12mo 7" - 7" tall
