Oblong octavo, 6 inches high by 9 inches wide. Light green cloth backed with a darker cloth spine, titled and illustrated in silver on the front cover. The covers are slightly soiled with very minor rubbing. [56] unnumbered pages, profusely illustrated throughout with textual and full-page illustrations of Niagara Falls and its surroundings, and with a double-page color "Bird's-Eye View of Niagara Falls and of Niagara River from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario", printed on tissue, bound in at the front. There is a tiny tear to the bottom edge of the first 2 leaves, including the first page of the color view. There is some occasional minor soiling. Very good.
