Octavo, tan paper covered boards backed with cream cloth with a printed paper label on the spine. The top edge is gilt. The book is housed in a bluish gray paper covered slipcase with a printed paper label on the front panel. The binding is darkened with some minor staining to the rear board. The slipcase is darkened & lightly rubbed & chipped with some staining to the front panel, including to the top edge of the label. Half-title, colophon, title & 121 pages. Very good in a good case. Limited edition of 750 copies signed by the author on the colophon. This is copy number 618.
