The binding is lightly bumped with some light foxing to the spine & extremities. The head of the spine is chipped. Unpaginated. 6 color plates and pictorial title & textual illustrtions in black & white by Indrimi. The top page corners are lightly bumped & there is slight soiling to the bottom margin of 1 page. Very good. Limited edition.The cover illustrations and plates in this volume are taken from Indrimi's work in homage to Goethe on the occasion of the second centenary of Goethe's stay in Rome. The text is in Italian with the German text of Goethe's "Romische Elegien" printed side-by-side with an Italian translation by Roberto Fertonani.
