Small oblong quarto [8 inches high by 10 inches wide], pictorial yellow cloth in a price-clipped matching dust wrapper. The corners are slightly rubbed & the bottom edge of the front cover is lightly foxed. The dust jacket is chipped with some foxing and light staining & foxing. There is a piece out of the head of the jacket spine & a tear to the bottom edge of its rear panel. Half-title, title & [19] leaves. Each leaf is illustrated in color by Kate Greenaway. Occasional light foxing, mainly to the endpapers & blanks. Very good in a good dust wrapper. A reprint of the edition printed by Edmund Evans from original woodblocks engraved in 1886. Dust jacket present.
