The bottom front corners of the covers are rubbed and the tail of the spine is chipped. 512 pages, [vi] & 512 pages, illustrated with an extra pictorial title pages which serves as the frontispiece and 8 full-page plates. The endpapers are soiled and the top inner corners of the last few pages are dampstained. Very good. First edition. First Edition.
