First edition. Born in Mt. Vernon, NY and raised in the Adirondack township of Saranac Lake, the architect Herbert Turner attended West Point Military Academy. Moving to Del Mar, California, he apprenticed under Frank Lloyd Wright's son John. His early "green" architectural style was known as "terramonics". An accomplished artist, he is known for his egg tempera paintings. Dust jacket present. First Edition.
