Overall a nice copy of this title.; xviii, 269 pages + frontispiece + plates. Green cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine and front board. Gilt Christchurch City Council coat-of-arms on front board. Page dimensions: 210 x 136mm. Illustrations include Christchurch buildings.
