Dodge published only one edition, but with three binding variants. The third issue was the first to include a dustjacket, although Richards believes. A fine copy except for prior owner's inked signature on fep. In VG d/w. Collects many pieces that were originally printed in the Civil and Military Gazette and Turnovers.
