This cookbook was published in conjunction with the 18th Annual Grant's Blue Grass and Old Time Mucic Festival in Hugo, Oklahoma, 1986. It seems to be the first printing . It is the type cookbook printed for schools and church and in addition to the recipes, contains several pages of cooking hints, equivalents, ertc in the back. The book has wear along the edges of the covers, some creasing at the corners and scuffing, but the interior is clean There is about an inch at the bottomf of the front cover torn off the comb binding. There is a gift inscription on the reverse of the front cover. I could not find a reference to the Festival online. Thses local cookbooks are always fun to read, and many traditional recipes that do not make it into the fancy cookbooks turn up in these. ; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 287 pages
