So says this issue of the California Prohibition Party Bulletin, getting ready for their August 25-26, 1904 state Nominating Convention in San Jose. Their candidate was Silas Comfort Swallow, who was the Party's eventual candidate. The16 page newsprint bulletin is full of reports on the progress of the 80 Alliances in California, as well as ads for businesses , a list of suitable hotels and restaurants in San Jose, ads for tours to the Grand Canyon and the St. Louis World's Fair. Condition is G+ tp VG-, with some wear to the corners and edges and small slits at the top and bottom of the fold. The Bulletin was printed by The Franklin Press in Oakland and has a union label. A penciled name , Mrs. Bidwell, is on the cover.; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 16 pages
