The book is a report of a program in Detroit where unemployes Negro men were retrained for work as practical nurses in the mid 1960s. The book was written by two psychologists, both of whom have sged on the ffep, with a dedication , To Mark Etheridge In Appreciation. I do not know if this was someone connected with the study though that seems possible. It seems to be a comprehensive study of the project. The book and DJ are both close to NF with very light shelf wear. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 109 pages; Signed by All Authors
